Creatine monohydrate, taurine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose), powdered beetroot juice concentrate (for colour). This product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Mix 1 scoop of powder (6 g) with 150 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30 minutes before training.
