Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Serving size: 3.5 g of powder

1 serving = 3.5 g (1 scoop) of powder mixed with 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Take 1 serving daily for 6 weeks, then take a 2–4 week break.
