Usage:
The recommended daily dose is 6 capsules.
Take one serving – 3 capsules twice a day with 300 ml of water.
On training days: 1 serving – 30 minutes before workout, 2nd serving – immediately after workout.
On non-training days: 1 serving – in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving – between meals.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
