62% creatine monohydrate, 16% potassium citrate (potassium), acidity regulator (citric acid), 6% calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (calcium), 5% magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), 0.5% magnesium oxide (magnesium), colour (beta-carotene).

Mix one serving of the product - 5.5 g (¾ scoop) with 150 ml of water. Take 1 serving per day.
