Ingredients:

beta-alanine (53%); maltodextrin; acidity regulator (citric acid); flavors; sweetener (sucralose); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); beetroot juice concentrate; pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.001%).

Directions for use:

Dissolve one serving — 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Consume 3 servings per day.

On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bedtime.
