FLEX GUARD is a complex food supplement that contains collagen hydrolysate, MSM, glucosamine, L-proline, omega-3 fatty acids, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid. FLEX GUARD also contains vitamin C, which supports normal collagen formation, thereby helping to maintain the normal function of cartilage and bones. The product also includes calcium, magnesium, and zinc – minerals essential for maintaining bone health.

Usage:

Recommended daily dose: 15 g

Dissolve 1 serving (15 g = 2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Take once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
