Each serving contains 4000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen, which supports joint health and is easily absorbed by the body. Contains glucosamine and chondroitin, which are components of connective tissue, cartilage, and synovial fluid. MSM – an organic sulfur compound – participates in collagen production and cartilage formation. As an additional benefit, calcium, magnesium, and zinc are included to help maintain bone strength. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation, which is important for the proper function of cartilage. Vitamin D promotes normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and helps maintain normal bone condition.
