Concentrated fish oil (70.4%), soft capsule (gelatin, humectant (glycerin), water), coating material (shellac, lecithin, medium-chain triglyceride, sodium alginate, stearic acid), vitamin E (as D-alpha-tocopherol)

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Recommended daily dose: 1–2 soft capsules per day with liquid during a meal.

• EPA 330 mg
• DHA 220 mg
• Vitamin E 2 mg (17%*)

*% – percentage of the daily reference intake for adults.
