Recommended daily dose and use:

Take 1–2 capsules daily with a sufficient amount of water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Content per 1 capsule:

• Fish oil ethyl esters  1,040 mg
• – of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)  301 mg
• – of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)  210 mg
• Vitamin D  10 µg = 200%*

Ingredients:

Fish oil ethyl esters, gelatin capsule (bovine gelatin, humectant glycerol, water), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
