fish oil (from Peruvian anchovies), capsule shell (gelatin, humectant - glycerol, water).

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with an adequate amount of water.

Content per daily dose (1 capsule):

Fish oil: 1000 mg

- including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg

- including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg
