Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Add 1 level scoop to 240 ml of cold water and mix until the powder is completely dissolved. Recommended daily intake: 1 serving. For added convenience, you can also add it to your protein shake or weight gain shake before/after training. Creatine can be added to a whey protein-based protein shake, daily fruit juice or smoothie.
