Ingredients:
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Net quantity: 90 tablets
Recommended daily dose and usage:
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably with food.

Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) 590 mg
Warnings:
ALA may cause symptoms of hypoglycemia in sensitive individuals. In such case discontinue use immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient.
