OSAVI Inulin (FIBRULINE™ chicory root fibre) is a soluble fibre from the fructan group with prebiotic effects. Richly found in chicory root, inulin feeds beneficial gut bacteria that produce short-chain fatty acids supporting gut cells and overall health. It softens stool, increases bowel movement frequency and helps normalise bowel function, reducing the risk of constipation and supporting normal colonic mucosa.
