Ingredients:

maltodextrin, 29% alpha lipoic acid; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate — anti-caking agent. Product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, nuts.

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably with meals. Drink with approximately 300 ml of water.
