CLA  by Essensey is a dietary supplement containing 958 mg of conjugated linoleic acid per serving of the product recommended for daily consumption. Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) include a group of linoleic acid isomers whose characteristic feature is the presence in the molecule of a system of double bonds located close to each other ("conjugated"). Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) occurs naturally in animal products (meat, milk and dairy products) from so-called "ruminants", in beef, pork, veal, lamb or mutton. CLA is conjugated linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is an organic chemical compound classified as essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) from the omega-6 group.
