Fiber is a natural source of dietary fiber. Regular fiber consumption is essential for proper intestinal function, beneficial bacterial growth, reducing overall daily calorie intake, and effectively eliminating waste and toxins.

Fenugreek (Shambala), Ginger, Jerusalem Artichoke.
Usage Instructions:
The product is ready for consumption. Mix 2-3 tablespoons in a glass of kefir, yogurt, juice, or another liquid. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Consume as a main meal on fasting days or 15-20 minutes before meals. Recommended intake: 2-3 times per day.
