Ingredients:

56.5% magnesium citrate – Aquamin®, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent carrageenan), green tea extract (40% L-theanine, 0.5% caffeine, 0.5% EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), Withania somnifera extract – ashwagandha (5% withanolides), L-tryptophan, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), hop extract 10:1, valerian root extract 10:1, lemon balm leaf extract 10:1, bulking agent magnesium stearate, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Net quantity: 60 capsules

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Take 1–3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Consume with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, store at temperatures up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.

Warnings:

Do not consume on an empty stomach. The total daily intake of EGCG must not exceed 800 mg, including intake from other products. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
