Bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, cellulose), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium, vitamin B6, melatonin, glazing agents (hypromellose, methylcellulose, glycerine).

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
