Ingredients:

maltodextrin; capsule shell (gelatin; colorant – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin (0.2%).

Directions for use:

Recommended daily dose: as advised by a doctor, a safe dose is 1 mg (1 capsule).

Usage recommendation: take with 150–200 ml of water 30 minutes before bedtime.
