ICONFIT Sleep Capsules are designed to improve sleep quality and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Based on natural lemon balm and valerian extracts, melatonin, L-theanine, magnesium and vitamin B6. Together, these ingredients help improve sleep quality so you can be more productive during the day. Produced using only the highest quality plant-based capsules.

Ingredients:

Rice flour, magnesium (magnesium citrate), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, L-theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaves, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin, plant-based capsule (glazing agent pullulan).

Directions for use:

Adults: take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water just before bedtime. Use for up to 1 month, repeat the course if necessary.

Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep. Beneficial effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed just before bedtime. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
