Usage:

Take 1 capsule per day, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Consume 1 serving daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do not use while operating vehicles or machinery. Do not combine with alcohol or other medications, including herbal products. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
