Food supplement containing melatonin. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken just before bedtime.

Ingredients:

The product may contain traces of milk, soy, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, peanuts and other nuts.

Content per serving (1 capsule):

• Melatonin 1 mg

Usage:

Take 1 capsule per day, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Consume 1 serving daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings:

Do not use while operating vehicles or machinery. Do not combine with alcohol or other medications, including herbal products. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Storage conditions:

Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Use within 3 months after opening.
