Why such a long shelf life and no need for refrigeration?

Our meals undergo a heat-treatment process similar to pasteurization, where the food is briefly heated to high temperatures (over 100 °C). This eliminates all harmful microflora, microorganisms, and spores — essential conditions for shelf-stable products that don't require chemical preservatives. Pre-cooked and sealed meals are heated in specialized equipment that preserves both the contents and the packaging. The use of high-barrier packaging and strict quality standards on the production line allows us to create products that stay fresh for a long time without preservatives or freezing.
