Our meals undergo a heat treatment process similar to pasteurization, where the food is briefly heated to high temperatures (above 100°C), eliminating harmful microflora, microorganisms, and spores — the key to a long shelf life without chemical preservatives.

Sealed, pre-cooked meals are further treated in special equipment to extend their durability without compromising product integrity or packaging.
