Usage:

Shake before use. Take 1 bottle before or during workout. Recommended 20–30 minutes before physical activity, but no later than 4 hours before sleep. For best results, take on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour after a protein-rich meal. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
