OSTROVIT Glucomannan Plus - a food supplement containing glucomannan, a soluble dietary fibre derived from konjac root, popular in diets focused on managing food intake and calories. Glucomannan can bind water and expand in volume, making it a convenient additional source of fibre in a carefully planned daily menu. The large pack of 180 capsules is suitable for regular use and eliminates the need to measure out powder. Ingredients:
Glucomannan (from konjac), plant-based capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-carnitine tartrate, green tea leaf extract (standardised to 50% polyphenols), guarana seed extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), green coffee bean extract (standardised to 50% chlorogenic acid and 2% caffeine), horsetail aerial parts extract (standardised to 7% silicic acid), grape seed extract (standardised to 95% proanthocyanidins), liquorice root extract (standardised to 20% glycyrrhizic acid), Ceylon cinnamon bark, L-selenomethionine, Japanese kelp extract (standardised to 1% iodine), riboflavin, chromium picolinate, methylcobalamin. Manufactured in a facility where ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soya, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs and fish are used.
Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) 3 times daily before meals with a sufficient amount of water.
