Ingredients:
MegaDextrin™ maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), natural flavourings.
Allergen warning:
Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient.
Directions for use:
Dissolve 3 scoops (50 g) of powder in 500 ml of water. Mix well to prevent the powder from settling at the bottom or forming lumps. Before exertion, drink 2–3 × 250 ml. During activity, drink about 150 ml every 15 minutes. It is also optimal to consume 1 serving 1–2 hours before prolonged effort if you have not eaten sufficiently before training.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient.
