Fish oil (from Peruvian anchovies), capsule shell (gelatine, humectant: glycerol; water). Manufactured in a facility where ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs and fish are used.
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Swallow with a sufficient amount of water.
