Protein pancake recipe with Chikalab
You will need:
- 60 g of Chikalab mix (vanilla or chocolate) — about 3 spoonfuls
- 120–150 ml of water or milk
- A little vegetable oil (optional)
- Berries, nut butters, jams or syrups — for serving
How to prepare:
- Mix the ingredients. Add 60 g of the mix to 120–150 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly until smooth (a shaker works best).
- Let the batter rest. Leave it for a few minutes — this makes the pancakes fluffier.
- Cook. On a preheated pan (with a little oil if needed), cook the pancakes on both sides until golden.
