Ingredients:

L-leucine (35.3%); L-valine (17.6%); L-isoleucine (17.6%); taurine (9.8%); L-tyrosine (5.9%); capsule shell [gelatin; dyes (iron oxides and hydroxides, titanium dioxide)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.02%).

How to use:

Take one serving of product – 3 capsules – with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily.

On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 30 minutes later. before training, third serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bed.
