Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Dissolve one single serving of the product, 30 g (2 scoops), in 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer, and take 3 servings per day. On training days, the first serving – in the morning after waking, the second serving – 1.5 hours after training, the third serving – before bedtime. On non-training days: the first serving – in the morning after waking, the second serving – between meals, the third serving – before bedtime.
