Recommended daily dose and usage:

Mix a 30 g serving with 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, consume 1–3 servings per day between meals. Maximum 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended amount. 1 scoop = approximately 15 g. Mix in a shaker according to the recommended amount. After opening, store at temperatures up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
