Usage:

Dissolve one serving — 30 g — in 200–250 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume 1–2 servings per day as needed.

On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second — immediately after training.

On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second — between meals.
