Ingredients:

whey protein concentrate (from milk) (91.2%), flavourings, maltodextrin, MCT oil (1.5%), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), natural cream flavour (0.5%), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for use:

Mix one serving — 30 g (two scoops) — in 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume 3 times a day.

On training days: first serving after waking up, second 1.5 hours after training, third before sleep.

On non-training days: first serving after waking up, second between meals, third before sleep.
