Ingredients:

87% whey protein concentrate [whey protein concentrate (from milk), emulsifier (lecithins)], maltodextrin, flavourings, thickening agent (cellulose gum), sweetener (sucralose), colour (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).

Product may contain: soy, gluten-containing cereals, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and another immediately after training. The recommended daily dose is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
