Ingredients:
86% whey protein concentrate [whey protein concentrate (from milk), emulsifier (lecithins)], maltodextrin, milk-based flavouring, thickener (cellulose gum), salt, colour (ammonia caramel), sweetener (sucralose). Product may contain: soy, gluten-containing cereals, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Recommended daily dose and usage:
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and another immediately after training. The recommended daily dose is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
