Plant-based protein sources (pea, rice, pumpkin seed), oat flour, apple fibre, chicory root inulin, MCT coconut oil, vitamin and mineral complex, natural flavourings, sweeteners, thickeners.

Directions for use:
Mix 50 g (approximately 2 scoops) with 300–400 ml of water or a plant-based drink and consume immediately after preparation. Suitable for replacing one meal per day.
