Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once daily in the morning with a meal.

Vitamin K2 - 75.0 µg (100%*)
Vitamin D3 - 50.0 µg / 2000 IU (1000%*)
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is not intended for people taking anticoagulants, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children under 18 years of age or people over 75 years of age.
Keep the packaging tightly closed in a dry place at a temperature of 15–25 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
