Indications for use:
Identify the area where you experience muscle fatigue or pain.
Before applying the tape, the area must be dry, clean and free from oils, otherwise the tape may not adhere properly and may peel off prematurely.
Before application, be sure to measure the required length of tape according to the area being treated. You may need several strips of tape.
Round off the corners of the tape.
Remove the protective paper backing 3-4 cm from the end of the tape to create a base for adhesion (the so-called "anchor").
It is important that the area where the tape will be applied is in the maximum stretched position. Apply the "anchor" at the muscle junction/attachment point and smooth it down with your hands. Rubbing the tape with your hands generates heat, which activates the properties of the tape's acrylic adhesive layer.
Once the "anchor" is firmly attached, slowly remove the remaining paper backing, leaving space for the second "anchor" at the opposite end, and apply the second "anchor" without tension.
Depending on the application technique, the tape can be applied with or without tension. Make sure that subsequent smoothing of the tape is always carried out from the centre towards the edges to prevent the ends from peeling off.
It is recommended to apply the tape 30-40 minutes before any physical activity.
After showering, bathing or swimming, dry the tape with a towel or gauze.
Storage:
Store away from sources of light and heat, in a dry, clean place at a temperature of +5 to +30C and a relative humidity of 20% to 80%.
