Indications for use:
Identify the area where you experience muscle fatigue or pain.
Before applying the tape, the area must be dry, clean and free from oils. Otherwise, the tape may not adhere properly and may peel off prematurely.
Before application, make sure to measure the required length of tape according to the area being treated. You may need several strips of tape.
Round off the corners of the tape.
Remove the protective paper backing from the first 3–4 cm of the tape to create an attachment point (the so-called "anchor").
It is important that the area where the tape will be applied is in the most stretched position possible. Apply the "anchor" to the muscle attachment area and smooth it down with your hands. The warmth generated by rubbing the tape with your hands activates the properties of its acrylic adhesive layer.
Once the "anchor" is securely attached, slowly remove the remaining paper backing, leaving enough space for the second "anchor" at the opposite end. Apply the second "anchor" without tension.
Depending on the application technique, the tape can be applied with or without tension. Always smooth the tape from the centre towards the edges to prevent the ends from peeling off.
It is recommended to apply the tape 30–40 minutes before any physical activity.
After showering, bathing or swimming, dry the tape with a towel or gauze.
Storage:
Store away from sources of light and heat, in a dry, clean place at a temperature of +5 to +30°C and a relative humidity of 20% to 80%.
