– not less than 0.5% flavonoids (as rutin) 0.5 mg
Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), DER 4:1, standardized to contain 80 mg
– not less than 2% rosmarinic acid 1.6 mg

Ingredients:

Passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), inulin.

Directions for use:

Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. Recommended intake: one capsule about 1 hour before bedtime.
