Lean-Protein protein drink contains 85% pure protein obtained from 3 different sources (micellar casein, collagen and egg albumin). Lean-Protein is a protein with a very low content of ballast fats, carbohydrates and lactose.

Directions for use:

Dissolve 3 measuring spoons (30 g) in 300 ml of water, milk or juice and mix thoroughly in a shaker for 1 minute.

To fully enjoy the protein shake, vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste.

It is advisable to take the first dose on an empty stomach, immediately after waking up. Take another 1 dose before bedtime.
