Ingredients:

Usage:

Recommended dosage

Mix 45 g of the product with 200 ml of water and consume immediately after training. Additionally, one more serving may be taken during the day — 60 minutes before or after a main meal. Maximum daily dose — 90 g. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

Directions for use

1 measuring scoop = approximately 22.5 g. Mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months. Undissolved particles remaining after mixing with water are a natural feature of this product.
