Whey protein isolate from milk contains lecithin; lecithin from soy, DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex. Manufactured in a facility where ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs and fish are used.
Dissolve 1 serving of 30 g (2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of milk or water. Consume once a day depending on individual needs.
