Ingredients:

Magnesium bisglycinate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsules, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate.

Net quantity: 90 capsules

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Take no more than 1–3 capsules per day. Consume with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, consume within 3 months.

• Magnesium – 125 mg = 33%*
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 3.3 mg = 236%*
