Compression ankle support

  1. Slide the support over your foot like a sock and pull it into position around the ankle.
  2. Position it so that the heel sits in the intended section and the support covers the joint evenly.
  3. Smooth out any folds, as these can rub inside footwear.

Figure-eight hook-and-loop support

  1. Keep the foot at a right angle to the lower leg.
  2. Place the main section of the support over the foot and around the ankle.
  3. Guide the strap diagonally across the instep, around the ankle and back across the instep to form a figure-eight pattern.
  4. Secure the strap with the hook-and-loop fastening at a comfortable level of tightness.

Lace-up ankle support

  1. Put the support on and seat the heel firmly in the rear section.
  2. Lace it from the bottom upwards, tightening evenly.
  3. If there are additional straps, fasten them after lacing.

General tips

  • Wear the support on dry skin or over a thin sock.
  • Put the support on before your footwear.
  • If you notice numbness, tingling or the foot becoming cold, loosen the support.
