Ingredients:
28% oat flour (contains gluten); 28% maltodextrin; 23% whey protein concentrate powder (from milk); 8% glycine; dried buttermilk (from milk); 5% cocoa powder; flavourings; 1% taurine; salt; sweetener (sucralose); vitamin complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); riboflavin; thiamine (thiamine mononitrate); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); biotin (D-biotin); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)]. May contain: soy, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts.
Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Dissolve one serving of the product – 100 g (4 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer.
Take 1 serving per day, in the morning, before or after training.
