Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take ¼ of the bottle, equal to 20 ml, before or during training. Take a maximum of 3 servings per day. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Choline bitartrate 50 mg
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Due to the high caffeine content (120 mg/serving), this product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, diabetics, as well as people sensitive to caffeine, suffering from hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day. Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. A single intake of 800 mg beta-alanine may cause tingling or numbness. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
