Each gel contains 23 g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates. The isotonic formula is designed for quick digestion and easy absorption, which means it works with your body during high-intensity exercise rather than leaving a heavy feeling in the stomach — ideal for runners, cyclists and athletes aiming for the finish line or a personal best.
Unlike many gels on the market, water is not required for them to work effectively, although maintaining hydration as part of your nutrition plan is always recommended. Easy to carry, quick to take and created for moments when performance matters most.
