Directions for Use:

Take 3 capsules immediately before your two largest meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Use in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after taking fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
