The function of creatine is to act as a precursor of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – the chemical form of energy used by all cells. The body’s creatine stores provide an easily accessible reserve of ATP, which is needed to support rapid bursts of strength and power. Studies have shown that creatine supplementation may help preserve existing muscle tissue, support muscle mass growth and development, and promote optimal performance during short-term high-intensity training. Directions for use:

Mix 1 1/2 level teaspoons with fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3–4 times daily, before and after exercise, during the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance use, take 1–3 times daily. Allow 3–4 hours between doses. For continuous use beyond 28 days, take one serving daily. Drink plenty of fluids with this product.
